By doing so, we create an in-depth profile that is kept accurate and up to date. It goes without saying that all candidates are vetted to confirm eligibility to work in the US.

Once we have identified potential candidates we present our findings to you, discuss any queries you have, source further information if required and then initiate the selection process.

Naturally, we are with you every step of the way. We guide the candidate through the offer process to the point of verbal acceptance and contract signature. We also provide the agreed-upon start date and guide the candidate through the resignation process including advice on managing a counter offer.
