  • Chair workstream / cross-workstream forums, ensuring timely resolution of dependencies and blockers.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders within the assigned workstream(s).
  • Manage relationships with any third-party implementation partners or vendors engaged on the workstream.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks and issues, escalating appropriately to programme governance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8-10+ years of ETRM / CTRM project management experience delivering large-scale technology implementations, ideally with some Openlink Endur experience.
  • Proven experience managing delivery of a workstream within a multi-year, multi-region system upgrade or greenfield reimplementation.
  • Strong understanding of the Front-to-Back trade lifecycle within a commodities trading environment.
  • Track record of successful stakeholder and vendor management across Trading, Risk, Middle Office, Finance, and Technology teams.
  • Strong governance and reporting discipline, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
  • Excellent risk, issue, and change management skills within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Formal project management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
  • Exposure to power, gas, freight, LNG, and emissions markets.
  • Experience managing implementation partners or systems integrators on an Endur programme.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) to accelerate status reporting, RAID log maintenance, and governance documentation.
