This organization are pursuing a Category Manager - Transport and Logistics to join their illustrious rank of Procurement specialists.

Reporting into the Senior Global Category Manager of Transport and Logistics, this role is responsible for the management of freight contracts for all transportation modes - Ocean, Parcel, Truckload, Air and more. Additionally, you will own the entire CASS relationship across the Americas. Consequently, expert knowledge within Transportation procurement, combined with autonomous leadership, are key components to success within this role.

As a Category Manager - Transport and Logistics, you will:

• Implement the organization's Transportation Management System (TMC) with key suppliers
• Develop key category strategies within the Transport and Logistics area through diligent risk analysis

Required skillset:

• An expert within Transport and Logistics Procurement
• Procurement knowledge working with suppliers across both America and Mexico
• Experience procuring modes of transport - air, freight, ocean, truckload etc.
• Degree from leading college
• Travel up to 25%
