A rapidly growing technology business is expanding its European procurement function following significant international growth and continued demand across the SaaS and technology market.
Led by an experienced founding team with a proven track record of scaling successful technology businesses, the company is transforming how organisations manage software spend and vendor negotiations globally.
The business combines AI driven procurement intelligence with expert commercial support, helping customers gain visibility and control over their SaaS estate while delivering end to end sourcing and negotiation support across complex software agreements.
As part of the continued growth of their French team, they are now looking to appoint a French speaking Procurement Manager to support enterprise customers across Europe.
Role Summary:
This is a highly client facing and commercial role focused on SaaS and IT sourcing, supplier negotiations and stakeholder management.
You will act as a key point of contact for customers, leading software negotiations and helping deliver strong commercial outcomes across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
The environment is fast paced, agile and constantly evolving, making it well suited to someone who enjoys variety, ownership and working within a scaling business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SaaS and technology sourcing activity for enterprise customer
- Manage software negotiations, renewals and supplier discussions with global vendors
- Build strong relationships with procurement, finance and technology stakeholders
- Develop sourcing and commercial strategies focused on value delivery and cost optimisation
- Work closely with internal commercial and customer teams to deliver excellent client outcomes
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience within IT procurement, SaaS sourcing or technology vendor management
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Confident client facing communication style with the gravitas to engage senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating within fast growth and changing environments
- Fluent French and English language skills
